Job Overview

Hard Hat Recruitment is seeking hardworking CSCS Labourers for an active groundworks project in Haywards Heath.

You'll play an important role supporting the site team by assisting Groundworkers, maintaining site safety, and helping ensure work progresses efficiently.

Main Duties

• Assisting with groundworks operations
• Moving and organising construction materials
• Helping with excavation and groundwork preparation
• Keeping site access routes clear
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Supporting trades and site management as required

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Own PPE
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team
