Every operative we supply has been through our in-house vetting: right-to-work verified against original documents or a Home Office share code; CSCS or ticket-specific card checked against the CITB Smart Check database; photo ID confirmed; references taken where the role requires them. Weekly timesheets approved by your site manager feed straight into a single consolidated invoice — one invoice per site, per week — with a clear breakdown by worker, day and rate.

Compliance runs through every step. Right-to-work checks are carried out in-house against original documents or Home Office share codes, before deployment. Payroll runs on CIS or PAYE — HMRC-verified for CIS, statutory holiday pay and pension auto-enrolment for PAYE — with weekly pay and clear payslips. Records are retained for the statutory period and available to your compliance team on request for audit or PQQ purposes.
