No. We supply subcontractors and SME builders as our core business, alongside larger projects. A one-operative booking gets the same vetting, the same insurance and the same account contact as a forty-operative one. There is no minimum order.
Yes, and they do. The operatives we supply are currently working on Tier 1 main contractor projects for M&E and electrical subcontractors. Every operative is CSCS-validated, Right to Work checked and ID verified before mobilisation, with the evidence held on file and issued on request.
Our line is monitored outside normal office hours for urgent live-site requirements. We will assess the role, location and required checks, then confirm available options; fulfilment remains subject to worker availability.
That is what our compliance pack exists for. Insurance schedules, written policies, employment status assessments and full vetting evidence against every operative, issued as one pack. You forward it; you do not have to build it.
Rates are confirmed in writing before mobilisation. Rate cards are issued on request to named contacts at named companies — tell us the trades and the site and we will send the card that applies to you.
All 32 London boroughs and the City, the full M25 orbital, and out along the M3 and M4 corridors into Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Sussex.
