How we send work-related messages and how you can manage your preferences.

Hard Hat Recruitment Agency Limited ("Hard Hat", "we") sends work-related messages by SMS and RCS to registered candidates and workers.
What we send
We send transactional and account-related messages only: one-time passcodes to sign in to the worker portal, shift and placement confirmations, timesheet reminders, and compliance document requests. We do not send marketing messages to workers.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number when you register as a candidate at hardhat.site or with one of our consultants. By registering, you agree to receive the work-related messages described above.
How you opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, contacting your consultant, or emailing [email protected]. Opt-out is honoured immediately. Please note that opting out includes one-time passcodes, which means you will not be able to sign in to the worker portal until you opt back in — reply START at any time to resubscribe, or contact your consultant.
