Hard Hat supplies groundworkers to civils subcontractors, groundworks packages and SME builders on Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites across London and the M25. We fill drainage gangs, muckaway and dig support, kerbing and slabbing crews, concrete gangs and general groundwork operatives to cover absence on a live programme.
Groundworks sits at the front of the programme, so when it slips everything behind it slips. Local availability across our patch means a groundworks package rarely has to wait long for cover, which can be the difference between pouring on Friday and pouring the following Tuesday.
There is no minimum order. One experienced groundworker to keep a drainage run moving is as valid a booking as a six-man gang with a ganger, and both get the same vetting, insurance cover and compliance documentation.

Checked live against the register. Blue Skilled Worker for a skilled groundworker; Green Labourer only where you have briefed us that semi-skilled is acceptable.

Confirmed for skilled groundworkers, with drainage, kerbing or concrete pathways noted separately.

Originals or share code checked in person, with expiry tracking so nobody works past a visa end date.
Confined space and safe digging
Where the job needs it — deep drainage, chambers and manholes — we confirm the ticket, not just the claim.

Called directly and asked about reliability in bad weather and whether the operative can be left to run a length of drainage unsupervised.
