Bricklayer Recruitment in London — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying bricklayers to construction sites across London & Central London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Bricklayers are essential to the UK construction industry, building walls, facades, chimneys, and decorative brickwork features. Hard Hat supplies experienced bricklayers with CSCS cards and NVQ qualifications for housing developments, commercial new builds, and heritage restoration projects. We assess bricklaying speed, quality standards, and the ability to work from drawings before placing any operative on site. Our bricklayers are experienced in facing brickwork, blockwork, and specialist bond patterns.
London is the UK's largest construction market, with thousands of active projects ranging from residential developments and commercial office builds to major infrastructure programmes. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce across all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors with vetted, CSCS-certified operatives and skilled tradespeople. Our London-based team has deep knowledge of the local market, established relationships with contractors, and the ability to mobilise workers at short notice anywhere within the M25.
Whether you are looking for your next bricklayer job in London, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable bricklayer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
