Banksman / Slinger Signaller Recruitment in Croydon — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying banksman / slinger signallers to construction sites across Croydon & South London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Banksmen and slinger signallers are essential for safe lifting operations on construction sites. They guide crane operators, attach and detach loads, and ensure lifting plans are followed correctly. Hard Hat supplies CPCS and CSCS-carded banksmen for tower crane operations, mobile crane lifts, and general plant movements. The banksmen we supply are experienced in working on high-rise residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects where precision and safety awareness are critical.
Croydon is undergoing one of the largest regeneration programmes in the South East, with billions of pounds of investment in residential towers, commercial offices, and mixed-use developments in and around the town centre. Hard Hat supplies construction operatives and skilled tradespeople to contractors working on Croydon's high-rise developments, retail schemes, and infrastructure upgrades. Our proximity to Croydon means we can deploy workers rapidly to sites across the borough.
Whether you are looking for your next banksman / slinger signaller job in Croydon, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable banksman / slinger signaller supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
