Bricklayer Recruitment in Watford — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying bricklayers to construction sites across Watford & South West Hertfordshire. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Bricklayers are essential to the UK construction industry, building walls, facades, chimneys, and decorative brickwork features. Hard Hat supplies experienced bricklayers with CSCS cards and NVQ qualifications for housing developments, commercial new builds, and heritage restoration projects. We assess bricklaying speed, quality standards, and the ability to work from drawings before placing any operative on site. Our bricklayers are experienced in facing brickwork, blockwork, and specialist bond patterns.
Watford benefits from its strategic location at the junction of the M1 and M25, driving strong construction demand for residential towers, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects. Hard Hat supplies vetted construction workers to projects across Watford, Bushey, Rickmansworth, and the wider South West Hertfordshire area. We provide operatives for Tier 1 contractors working on high-rise residential, retail, and mixed-use schemes in Watford's rapidly growing town centre.
Whether you are looking for your next bricklayer job in Watford, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable bricklayer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
