About General Labourer Roles
General labourers are the backbone of every construction project. They handle essential site tasks including clearing debris, moving materials, mixing concrete, digging trenches, loading skips, and supporting skilled tradespeople. A CSCS Green Card (Labourer) is the minimum requirement for most sites, and labourers must be physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious. Hard Hat supplies general labourers across London and the South East for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Whether you need one operative or a full site team, we can mobilise vetted labourers at short notice.
