About Groundworker Roles
Groundworkers handle the critical early stages of construction including excavation, drainage installation, foundation laying, concreting, and earthworks. Hard Hat supplies experienced groundworkers for housing developments, commercial projects, and civil engineering schemes across London and the South East. Our groundworkers hold CSCS cards and many have additional plant tickets (360 excavator, forward tipping dumper) that increase their versatility on site.
