Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying cpcs plant operators to construction sites across Milton Keynes & North Buckinghamshire. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) operators are qualified to operate specific categories of construction plant and machinery. Our operators are experienced on major construction and civil engineering projects, hold current CPCS cards with the correct category endorsements, and meet the stringent safety standards required by principal contractors and Tier 1 clients.

The workforce supplied supports housing developers, commercial contractors, and infrastructure firms delivering projects across this rapidly expanding city.
