Electrician Recruitment in Guildford — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying electricians to construction sites across Guildford & West Surrey. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Electricians are critical to every construction project, handling everything from containment and 1st fix cable installation through to 2nd fix, testing, and commissioning. Hard Hat supplies JIB Gold Card holders and ECS-carded electricians for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. We verify that all electricians hold current 18th Edition qualifications and relevant inspection and testing certifications where required. Our electricians work on new builds, refurbishments, and fit-out projects across London, the M25, and the wider South East.
Guildford is Surrey's county town with a thriving construction market driven by residential developments, commercial office schemes, university campus expansion, and significant infrastructure investment. Hard Hat supplies vetted construction operatives to contractors working across Guildford and West Surrey, providing labourers, skilled trades, and professional staff for projects ranging from high-end residential builds to large-scale commercial developments along the A3 corridor.
Whether you are looking for your next electrician job in Guildford, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable electrician supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
