Floor Layer Recruitment in London — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying floor layers to construction sites across London & Central London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Floor layers install a wide range of flooring materials including carpet, vinyl, laminate, engineered timber, and specialist commercial flooring such as raised access floors and resin systems. Hard Hat supplies skilled floor layers for residential developments, commercial fit-outs, retail environments, and healthcare facilities across London and the South East. Our floor layers are experienced in subfloor preparation, moisture testing, and the installation of flooring systems to manufacturer specifications.

Hard Hat supplies construction workforce across all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors with vetted, CSCS-certified operatives and skilled tradespeople. Our London-based team has deep knowledge of the local market, established relationships with contractors, and the ability to mobilise workers at short notice anywhere within the M25.
