General Labourer Recruitment in Sutton — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying general labourers to construction sites across Sutton & South West London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
General labourers are the backbone of every construction project. They handle essential site tasks including clearing debris, moving materials, mixing concrete, digging trenches, loading skips, and supporting skilled tradespeople. A CSCS Green Card (Labourer) is the minimum requirement for most sites, and labourers must be physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious. Hard Hat supplies general labourers across London and the South East for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Whether you need one operative or a full site team, we can mobilise vetted labourers at short notice.
Sutton's construction market is growing with significant residential and healthcare developments, including the London Cancer Hub at the Royal Marsden site. Hard Hat supplies vetted construction workers to projects across Sutton, Cheam, Carshalton, and Wallington. We provide labourers, skilled trades, and management personnel to contractors delivering residential schemes, commercial refurbishments, and healthcare construction in the borough.
Whether you are looking for your next general labourer job in Sutton, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable general labourer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
