Plasterer Recruitment in Essex — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying plasterers to construction sites across Essex & East London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Plasterers apply plaster finishes to internal walls and ceilings, creating smooth surfaces ready for decoration. They also carry out external rendering, screeding, and specialist decorative plasterwork. Hard Hat supplies NVQ-qualified plasterers with CSCS cards for residential new builds, commercial fit-outs, and heritage restoration projects across London and the South East. Our plasterers are experienced in both traditional wet plastering and modern plasterboard-and-skim techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on every project.
Essex has a thriving construction sector driven by major housing developments, commercial schemes, and the ongoing regeneration of towns along the A13 and A127 corridors. Hard Hat supplies construction operatives and skilled tradespeople across Essex including Romford, Chelmsford, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, and Colchester. We work with contractors of all sizes on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Whether you are looking for your next plasterer job in Essex, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable plasterer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
