Plasterer Recruitment in Slough — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying plasterers to construction sites across Slough & East Berkshire. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Plasterers apply plaster finishes to internal walls and ceilings, creating smooth surfaces ready for decoration. They also carry out external rendering, screeding, and specialist decorative plasterwork. Hard Hat supplies NVQ-qualified plasterers with CSCS cards for residential new builds, commercial fit-outs, and heritage restoration projects across London and the South East. Our plasterers are experienced in both traditional wet plastering and modern plasterboard-and-skim techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on every project.
Slough is undergoing a major transformation with the Slough Urban Renewal programme driving billions of pounds of construction investment in new homes, commercial offices, and community facilities. Hard Hat supplies construction operatives and skilled tradespeople to contractors working on Slough's regeneration schemes, Trading Estate developments, and residential projects across East Berkshire. Workers supplied are CSCS-certified and ready to deploy at short notice.
Whether you are looking for your next plasterer job in Slough, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable plasterer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
