Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying plumbers to construction sites across Berkshire & West London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Plumbers handle water supply, drainage, heating systems, and sanitary installations on construction projects. Hard Hat supplies qualified plumbers holding CSCS cards and NVQ qualifications for both new build and refurbishment work. Our plumbers cover 1st fix roughing-in, 2nd fix connections, and complete bathroom installations. We supply to residential developers, commercial fit-out contractors, and maintenance companies across London and the South East.
Berkshire's construction market is buoyed by its position along the M4 corridor, with major commercial developments in Reading and Slough, residential schemes across the county, and infrastructure projects supporting the region's growth. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce across Berkshire including Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Windsor, and Maidenhead.
Whether you are looking for your next plumber job in Berkshire, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable plumber supply, we mobilise quickly.
