Plumber Recruitment in Croydon — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying plumbers to construction sites across Croydon & South London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Plumbers handle water supply, drainage, heating systems, and sanitary installations on construction projects. Hard Hat supplies qualified plumbers holding CSCS cards and NVQ qualifications for both new build and refurbishment work. Our plumbers cover 1st fix roughing-in, 2nd fix connections, and complete bathroom installations. We supply to residential developers, commercial fit-out contractors, and maintenance companies across London and the South East.
Croydon is undergoing one of the largest regeneration programmes in the South East, with billions of pounds of investment in residential towers, commercial offices, and mixed-use developments in and around the town centre. Hard Hat supplies construction operatives and skilled tradespeople to contractors working on Croydon's high-rise developments, retail schemes, and infrastructure upgrades. Our proximity to Croydon means we can deploy workers rapidly to sites across the borough.
Whether you are looking for your next plumber job in Croydon, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable plumber supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
