Project Manager Pay Rates — 2026
Realistic project manager pay rates across the UK based on current placements. Rates depend on tickets, experience, contractor and site location.

Tickets & Qualifications We Need to See
To place a project manager on a Tier 1 or Tier 2 site we need to verify the following before mobilisation:
- SMSTS
- APM or PRINCE2 (preferred)
- CSCS Black Card
- 10+ years construction experience
