Scaffolder Recruitment in London — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying scaffolders to construction sites across London & Central London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Scaffolders erect, alter, and dismantle temporary scaffold structures that provide safe working platforms for other trades. Hard Hat supplies CISRS-qualified scaffolders — from labourers and trainees through to Part 1, Part 2, and Advanced scaffolders — for construction, refurbishment, and industrial projects. The scaffolders we supply are experienced in tube and fitting, system scaffold (Layher, HAKI, Cuplok), and bespoke temporary works. We supply to contractors across London and the South East for both short-term and long-term project requirements.
London is the UK's largest construction market, with thousands of active projects ranging from residential developments and commercial office builds to major infrastructure programmes. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce across all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors with vetted, CSCS-certified operatives and skilled tradespeople. Our London-based team has deep knowledge of the local market, established relationships with contractors, and the ability to mobilise workers at short notice anywhere within the M25.
Whether you are looking for your next scaffolder job in London, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable scaffolder supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
