Dryliners for Essex and the east London fringe
Essex has a strong drylining pool built on housing and east London residential output, and most of it is used to price work per square metre. If you need to add a gang to a phase quickly, or to double up to recover a programme, this is one of the easier areas for us to field numbers.
Commercial and industrial work around Thurrock and the A13 adds a different requirement — large-area partitions, fire compartmentation in warehouse office pods, and ceilings at height needing MEWP access. Those jobs need operatives with IPAF as well as the trade skill, and we check that up front.
Because Essex staffs a lot of east London fit-out, gangs here regularly cross the M25 via the c2c or Elizabeth line. If your programme runs sites both sides of the boundary, we can often keep the same gang across both rather than building two crews.
Every dryliner is checked before they reach your gate
Vetting is done before we put someone forward, not after you have inducted them. The evidence sits in our compliance pack and we will send it for your PQQ.
CSCS card verified
Checked live against the register — Blue Skilled Worker as the baseline for a stud and board hand.
NVQ Level 2 Interior Systems
Qualification behind the card confirmed, with the specific pathway noted — stud and board, ceilings, or dry lining finishing.
Fire-rated build-up experience
Where your specification includes fire or acoustic build-ups we confirm the operative has installed to a tested system, because deviation from the system detail voids it.
Right to work
Originals or share code checked in person, with expiry tracking.
References on setting out and rework
We ask previous sites about accuracy of setting out and how much came back at inspection.
