Surrey labour requirements often come from smaller, higher-value sites where a labourer is a visible part of a small team rather than one of forty. On a private residential project the labourer is the person the client sees sweeping the drive, and conduct matters as much as capability — we place accordingly and screen for presentation and manner on those jobs.
Site access is the recurring practical issue. Many Surrey projects have no public transport worth the name, so the operative must drive, and some have parking restrictions that make even that awkward. We confirm transport arrangements before placing rather than discovering a problem on day two.
