Plant Operator Recruitment in Kingston — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying plant operators to construction sites across Kingston upon Thames & South West London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Plant operators control heavy machinery essential for earthworks, demolition, and construction activities. Hard Hat supplies CPCS-carded operators for 360 excavators, forward tipping dumpers, ride-on rollers, loading shovels, and specialist plant. Our operators have experience on residential developments, highway schemes, and major infrastructure projects. We verify that all plant operators hold valid CPCS cards, have relevant experience for the specific machine type, and meet the safety standards required by principal contractors.
Kingston upon Thames has a strong construction pipeline driven by the Eden Quarter regeneration, residential developments, and commercial refurbishment schemes across the borough. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce to projects in Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden, and surrounding areas. The operatives we supply support contractors working on town centre redevelopment, riverside residential schemes, and commercial fit-out projects throughout the Royal Borough.
Whether you are looking for your next plant operator job in Kingston, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable plant operator supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
