Plasterer Recruitment in Sutton — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying plasterers to construction sites across Sutton & South West London. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Plasterers apply plaster finishes to internal walls and ceilings, creating smooth surfaces ready for decoration. They also carry out external rendering, screeding, and specialist decorative plasterwork. Hard Hat supplies NVQ-qualified plasterers with CSCS cards for residential new builds, commercial fit-outs, and heritage restoration projects across London and the South East. Our plasterers are experienced in both traditional wet plastering and modern plasterboard-and-skim techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on every project.
Sutton's construction market is growing with significant residential and healthcare developments, including the London Cancer Hub at the Royal Marsden site. Hard Hat supplies vetted construction workers to projects across Sutton, Cheam, Carshalton, and Wallington. We provide labourers, skilled trades, and management personnel to contractors delivering residential schemes, commercial refurbishments, and healthcare construction in the borough.
Whether you are looking for your next plasterer job in Sutton, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable plasterer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
