Telehandler Operator Recruitment in Reading — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying telehandler operators to construction sites across Reading & Berkshire. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Telehandler operators use telescopic material handlers to move, lift, and place materials on construction sites. Telehandlers are versatile machines used on residential developments, commercial builds, and infrastructure projects for tasks including pallet distribution, block and brick delivery to working levels, and general material logistics. Hard Hat supplies CPCS A17-carded telehandler operators who are experienced in operating machines from leading manufacturers such as JCB, Manitou, and Merlo. Our operators understand load charts, safe operating distances, and the site traffic management protocols required on busy construction sites.
Reading is one of the Thames Valley's most active construction markets, with major commercial office developments, residential schemes, and infrastructure projects driven by its excellent transport links and proximity to London. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce to contractors across Reading, Woodley, Caversham, and the wider M4 corridor. We provide operatives for commercial fit-outs, residential new builds, data centre construction, and infrastructure schemes.
Whether you are looking for your next telehandler operator job in Reading, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable telehandler operator supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
