Roofer Recruitment in Reading — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying roofers to construction sites across Reading & Berkshire. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Roofers install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. Hard Hat supplies qualified roofers experienced in flat roofing (single-ply, felt, GRP), pitched roofing (tiles, slates), and specialist systems (green roofs, metal cladding). Our roofers hold CSCS cards and NVQ qualifications, and many have manufacturer-approved training for specific roofing systems. We supply to house builders, commercial contractors, and specialist roofing companies across London and the South East.
Reading is one of the Thames Valley's most active construction markets, with major commercial office developments, residential schemes, and infrastructure projects driven by its excellent transport links and proximity to London. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce to contractors across Reading, Woodley, Caversham, and the wider M4 corridor. We provide operatives for commercial fit-outs, residential new builds, data centre construction, and infrastructure schemes.
Whether you are looking for your next roofer job in Reading, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable roofer supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
