Scaffolder Recruitment in Reading — Specialist Construction Agency
Hard Hat is a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying scaffolders to construction sites across Reading & Berkshire. We work exclusively in construction — no white-collar generalism, no admin temps — so when you register with us you go on the books of recruiters who actually understand the trade.
Scaffolders erect, alter, and dismantle temporary scaffold structures that provide safe working platforms for other trades. Hard Hat supplies CISRS-qualified scaffolders — from labourers and trainees through to Part 1, Part 2, and Advanced scaffolders — for construction, refurbishment, and industrial projects. The scaffolders we supply are experienced in tube and fitting, system scaffold (Layher, HAKI, Cuplok), and bespoke temporary works. We supply to contractors across London and the South East for both short-term and long-term project requirements.
Reading is one of the Thames Valley's most active construction markets, with major commercial office developments, residential schemes, and infrastructure projects driven by its excellent transport links and proximity to London. Hard Hat supplies construction workforce to contractors across Reading, Woodley, Caversham, and the wider M4 corridor. We provide operatives for commercial fit-outs, residential new builds, data centre construction, and infrastructure schemes.
Whether you are looking for your next scaffolder job in Reading, want a contractor to swap into a better-paying site, or you are a main contractor needing reliable scaffolder supply, we mobilise quickly. We supply to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on residential, commercial, fit-out, civils and infrastructure projects.
